Chrystine M. Heier, CEBS, LIA As co-founder and principal of Sullivan Benefits, Chrystine has over 20 years of experience successfully managing highly complex accounts in the middle market arena.
Chrystine’s strong client management expertise and consulting background allow her to develop innovative solutions to assist clients in managing rising plan costs. Having held positions in the areas of group life and health underwriting, benefit consulting, large account management and management, Chrystine is able to enhance the overall value of client benefit programs while still managing overall cost. Prior to forming Sullivan Benefits, she served as Vice President and Manager of Employee Benefit Services for the Boston Operations of Marsh USA, Inc.
Chrystine is a Licensed Insurance Advisor in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and holds the Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) designation from the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. She received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Chrystine is a member of the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists, the New England Employee Benefits Council, New England Women's Business Owners and the Northeast Human Resources Association. In addition, she is a member of the Tufts Health Plan Broker Advisory Panel, sits on the board of the Greater Boston Chapter of CEBS, and serves as past president of the Needham Women's Club.
